Our Vision

We lead with Kindness, Love, and Empathy, and our vision is to empower underserved individuals and communities with the means to help themselves and facilitate future success. Our goal is to serve as the epicenter of resources for these communities, and to assist with issues ranging from homelessness and addiction, to improving relations between law enforcement and local communities.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide connections and relief. We work with various community partners and dedicated volunteers to assist those with immediate needs, from day-to-day obstacles to providing adversity relief to victims of emergencies. We work directly with stakeholders across all community sectors to provide our services at no cost to program participants and the community at large.

Sustainability

The sustainability of our programs and services lies with donations and support from the community, organizations, and private donors. To improve our programs, evaluation methods are set and distributed in a yearly anonymous survey. This survey is delivered to those who participate in Linking Hearts’ educational services, financial services, and various monthly programs, and assesses the participants’ engagement with our program, including benefits and areas for improvement.

Franck Aubame

About The Founder

Franck Aubame is a Houston-based humanitarian and entrepreneur who has long dedicated himself to public service and helping others. This calling is deeply rooted in the belief that with help from the right person or with the right resources, anyone can have a better life or a second chance.

Mr. Aubame has 10 + years of experience working with special needs individuals, and he has spent years assisting homeless veterans as they reintegrate into society via Cloudbreak Communities, a special needs housing developer for homeless veterans.

Through his work with Cloudbreak Communities, Franck saw the need to provide not only the means for improvement, but continued assistance and resources throughout an individual’s recovery process.

This experience has helped shape Linking Hearts and Franck has continued to utilize his network of contacts and resources throughout Houston to assist those in need.
